Due to the personalized nature of our products and their classification as personal beauty items, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy, as detailed below. No Refunds or Exchanges

All products sold by Brand my Bitch, including custom temporary tattoos, are made to your specific requirements ("Bespoke Orders"). As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any orders, including but not limited to:

• Change of Mind: Refunds or exchanges are not available if you change your mind or are dissatisfied with the product after purchase.
• Custom Specifications: As our products are customized with your submitted designs or text (e.g., social media handles), they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• Personal Beauty Products: Due to hygiene and safety considerations, our temporary tattoos are classified as personal beauty products and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

This policy applies even in jurisdictions, such as the European Union, where a 14-day cooling-off period might typically apply, as bespoke and personal beauty products are exempt from such requirements under applicable consumer laws.

Limited Warranty for Defective or Damaged Products

We strive to ensure the highest quality for our products. In the rare event of a material defect or damage upon delivery, we offer a limited warranty under the following conditions:

• Notification Period: You must notify us of any material defects, shortages, or damages within 14 days from the date of delivery by emailing hello@brandmybitch.com.
• Evidence Requirement: We may request photographic evidence or the return of the defective or damaged products for inspection. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon submission of valid receipts, provided the issue is verified.
• Remedies: If a product is confirmed to be materially defective or damaged upon delivery, we may, at our sole discretion:
  • Replace the defective or damaged product at no additional cost.
  • Issue a refund for the amount paid for the affected product, credited to the original payment method.
• Exclusions: We are not liable for defects or damages resulting from:
  • Errors in the content or specifications provided by you (e.g., low-resolution images, incorrect text, or design errors).
  • Misuse, improper application, or alteration of the products by you or any third party.
  • Failure to follow provided instructions for product use or care.

Manufacturing and Quality Assurance

Our temporary tattoos are crafted to meet global safety standards for toys and cosmetics in the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia, with certifications available upon request. We collaborate with specialized partners to ensure consistent quality. Products are intended for adults aged 18 and over and are not recommended for children under 3 years old. Any claims related to product quality or defects are subject to the limited warranty terms outlined above.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

• Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
• Incorrect Shipping Information: You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by you.

Cancellation of Orders

• Pre-Production Cancellation: You may cancel or amend your order prior to the start of production. Contact us immediately at hello@brandmybitch.com to request cancellation. If production has not begun, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method.
• Post-Production Cancellation: Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified due to the custom nature of the products and the automated production process. No refunds will be issued for orders in production.

• Discretionary Remedies: Any refunds or replacements offered beyond the limited warranty terms are at the sole discretion of Brand my Bitch and will be clearly stated as such on our website.
